Rice, kebabs (in this case, we're just going with TJs but if I gather some energy up I'll marinate some lamb cubes in lemon and oregano), chopped tomato and cucumber tossed in a little bit of sherry vinegar, probably will add pickled onions, whipped feta dip, and a sprinkle of something crunchy - fried onion?
