Hi Jessica! Thank you so much! (I truly love the Artist's Way - I've led a few groups like this and it's been transformative each time I've gone through!) It's funny, I did think to myself that this form of journaling is in fact.. a part of Artist's Way in some capacity and it was interesting in the episode that it seemed novel.
